When you purchase an item from our website you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined below, our policy can be updated when required without notice so please read carefully. At any stage our products prices can also change at anytime without notice.
Refund Policy
Please select your product with care as we are unable to refund or exchange products due to change of mind, so please contact us if you are unsure about a certain product. However, should the product be faulty upon purchase or it does not meet the product description then we will provide a solution following the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).
Faulty goods that are returned under warranty must provide a proof of purchase, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges, where goods are not faulty or the fault has come in the product after inspection due to customer negligence then you will be required to pay for the repair fees & freight both ways.
All inspections are carried out by a third party and can take up to 2-6 weeks, we will inform you if there are any charges or delays before the repairs are carried out.
Shipping Policy
Shipping within New Zealand will takes 3-5 working days
Shipping to a rural address within New Zealand takes 5-7 working days

Delivery policy
We will not deliver to an address which we deem to be suspicious, if your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us, our standard courier is 3-5 business days within New Zealand & 5-7 business days for rural areas within New Zealand.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or if the goods have been delivered to a incorrect address given by you as the customer.
We do ensure that the stated delivery times are kept and due to variables outside our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times.
Goods are normally dispatched the following working day except for orders received Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Warranty Policy
Before making your purchase, please ensure you check the warranty description as each product is covered with a different period of warranty. Our warranty will cover faulty goods & not lost/damaged or the faulty products that has happened due to customer negligence.
